Say “hello” to high-flying, long-jumping, fast-running, hurdling, big-throwing, can-do-anything, superstar, Florence Lilly!
Another member of the @lwac_lightning_squad, Florence is a U15G multi-eventer who has already achieved so much. On the CV so far is (and this is a brief list of her fabulous achievements, with many more events we couldn’t fit in the list):

Florence recently jumped a club AND county record of 10.50m in the Triple Jump, catapulting her to 5th in the UK this year (she is 5th for both indoor and outdoor, too). She is also ranked 7th for Long Jump.
She hopped, stepped, and jumped this record at the @northernathletics age group Championships earlier this month, with her Long Jump record coming just a week earlier, also in Sheffield, finishing in first place with a leap of 4.89m, so close to her PB of 4.93m set last year in Doncaster in the Youth Development League.
It isn’t all pretty though, as Florence has also had a strong cross country season, competing extremely well with a top ten finish in both the Lincolnshire County Champs in a windy, muddy, soaking wet Biscathorpe, as well as the @englandathletics Cross Challenge in Leeds. She also placed in the top 20 at the Northern Counties XC Champs in Knutsford.
There are no limits to her talents and abilities it seems, with her placing extremely highly in every event she takes on. Highlighted brilliantly by the fact that in 2023 (as an U13G), she was ranked 8th in the UK for her total points score during her Pentathlon, as well as 1st in the UK over 1 mile!
