England Athletics 5k Road Titles – 16 March 2024
Two athletes took part in the Podium 5k Road Race at Leicester.
This was a very high class race and doubled as the England Athletics 5k Championship.
Abbie Donnelly won the senior title with a Pb and club record 15.18 and India Barwell won the U20 title with a huge Pb of 16.11 also a club record.
Both athletes are automatically selected for the England Team to compete at the Home Countries International 5k at Cardiff in August.
