Congratulations to @indiabarwell for her 2nd place England U20W (and 14th lady overall in a strong field) performance at #Telford10k (which incorporated the @englandathletics 10k Championships) yesterday.
She crossed the line in a time of 34:12, at the statistically proven fastest 10k course in the UK, the Telford 10K, where last year saw more runners run sub-30 minutes than any race, ever within this country.
The result keeps India right up there in the age category rankings, with ambitions of yet more England vests to add to her collection.
The 33:51 runner was not far outside of her personal best on this occasion, and continues to progress at @lboroathletics with a top 10 placing at the European Cross Country trials in Liverpool last month, and a storming 16:09 road 5k at @podium_5k in Leicester back in March.
